Residential Design
and Remodel!
|
One of the
best remodels I've seen. Great use of space. Congratulations. You made
this final inspection a snap.
~ Louisville Building Inspector (final remodel inspection) |
With the economy and
market the way it is today, why not think about staying put?
Remodel your basement or even your garage to create a master bedroom suite,
an office, a family room, an exercise room or a media room,
|
An unused (or poorly designed) basement in an average size home
can add anywhere from 500 to 1200 square feet of living space.
The average 2 car garage is 400 square feet. Even creating an
organized storage space in PART of a garage could open up enough
room in your house to create additional living space.
|
 |
The space behind these beautiful new doors was once a little
used alcove. It is now a laundry room. Located on the
main floor along with the bedrooms, the homeowner no longer has
to traipse downstairs to do the laundry. |
|
 |
This
remodeled bathroom is a great use of space. New silestone in the shower surround eliminates tile grout. |
 |
 |
The
entire lower level of this house was remodeled. The rise on the
stairs corrected, carpet removed and light, large tile added
throughout the entire space.
The main room is bright with wonderful wall space and storage
areas with beautiful solid wood doors |
 |
 |
An angled
wall into the new bathroom, opens up the entire great room
making room for a wine alcove complete with refrigerator. |
 |
 |
New
windows, all new plumbing, large square tiles surrounding the
tub, spacious cabinet, great lighting and designer faucets
makes this new bathroom very inviting. |
 |
 |
The stain
used for the floor molding and doors was carefully selected to
match pieces of furniture the homeowners currently owned.
Their remodel offers plenty of space for an exercise room and
wallspace for a flat screen TV. A welcoming shower is just next
door. Great design. |
